Cabbage and egusi soup
Cabbage and egusi soup. Sumptuous delicious and nutritive way of eating cabbage. You will never say No to this rich meal full of antioxidants.
Method
Heat oil in a pan and add onions and meat with spices to cameralize. Let chicken brown in spices. Add blended egusi (blended in chicken broth) Let cook while stirring for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth or water Add crawfish and stir Finally add insteamed and drained cabbage and stir while cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Serve while hot with yams or plantains or any other starch.
