Corn and beans gumbo. Picture shows 1.5 serving. A serving size is 1 serving spoon of the gumbo,or 1 -8 oz cup

Method

Use either fresh corn or boiled dry corn (Mexican/African stores) Boiled beans (either canned) or boiled Add oil into pot and heat Brown onions ginger and garlic and meats Add tomatoes and cook for 10 mins Add broth and corn and beans mixture Add all seasonings
to taste Cook the whole gumbo for 20 mins. Serve hot
