Special paste eaten in the North West province in Cameroon. Usually served as a side delicacy with fufu and njama njama

Method

Blend ground nut dry and add in all condiments. Get cake mix consistency and wrap in plantain leaves. Steam for 20 to 30 mins. Serve with fufu and njama njama
