Muyondo, very similar to bobolo

Muyondo is a meal made by fermenting cassava eaten in most areas of Cameroon. Its nutritional content is very similar to that of fufu popularly eaten in Nigeria. The picture shown is about 3 servings of muyondo.

Method

Boil with the leaves on for about 30 minutes. Untie and peel off the leaves and serve with fish or other vegetable stews.
